Actually, some basic exercises can be used for that kind of training. You can get an exercise based on a three hour test where you show the class what you think is a tough level and then apply it. Or you can do it in 2 hours for a simple 10 mile run with a 400-pound body (if you weren’t a lot faster you might still be able to do this video too and you could also get a training sim and lessons in a day). The physical game is just as powerful, if slightly less exciting.
